Grattify products are sourced from around the world and therefore each item will have a different delivery time and cost. Delivery information for each product is listed on the product page, and each order is sent to you directly by the small business that created, designed or selected it. Sellers work with Grattify to ensure timings and cost for delivery are fair and reasonable.

Delivery times

For UK standard delivery items, delivery is normally within five to seven working days, and often much sooner. The product page will include details of normal delivery times, and Grattify will inform you when the sellers aims to dispatch your items once we have received your order.

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (bad weather or postal strikes, for example). If this happens the seller will inform Grattify and we will let you know. We do ask for your patience if this happens – we’ll be doing our best to sort it out for you. Once your order is on its way, we will be in touch again to let you know when you should expect it.

Make an offer and the Cost of Delivery

If you take advantage of using our ‘make and offer’ section, the reduction is ONLY applied to the price of the product you’ve chosen, not the delivery cost. Delivery cost will be applied on top of your personalised price.

International delivery

International delivery is available on many products, and clearly shown on the product page. Delivery costs are worked out according to the product’s size and weight, as well as where it’s going.
