In the production of this children impeller SIRCH uses the ancient craft technique of steam bending, its know-how from many years of experience comes with sledge and its peculiarity mentioned in other products of Sibis product group for the application comes (slip vehicle "Max"; learning walker "Schorsch" ). One of these special features is sure that at this very highly skilled process basically always create unique pieces. Because growth, grain pattern and wood staining each processed blank are different and also (as in old bentwood chairs) each part will behave differently in the process of steam bending, there is small but aesthetically very valuable deviations from the norm, the end charming for self-life care of each impeller.
The body produced in this steam bending method of the impeller is made of solid, native ash, which is milled after the bending process, careful storage and drying in its final form. This corpus (frame member) is formally limited to its essential functions to meet strong weather conditions, it is clear coated. The frame member is used both for receiving the caliper (two levels of height adjustment, gray-lacquered birch plywood) as well as the inclusion of steering fork and wheels. An adjustable steering stop prevents extreme and uncontrolled movements of the arm and keeps the impeller in a better track.
The two smooth wooden rims are with white, high-quality laminate (HPL) coated and easily washable. Thin special tires from a robust and thereby flexible plastics (thermoplastic elastomer), allow the young drivers without pneumatic tires a pleasant progress.
